Sorry, I may have thought there were two different enema bulbs. Each 3 oz. One pictured in the box and the other one not in box.
A friend told me the bulb sold is the one pictured out of the box. It is not like the one pictured in the box.
She told me was happy with the enema bulb. Used few times for her two. She is happy with the quality. Price is great. Ordering and shipping was great.
Years ago I brought an enema bulb syringe made by Mansfield. It was like the one on the box.
I misplaced it on a recent move.

I will order a new one now.

Good place to buy. Actually, not really that expensive. Items sold are very good quality.

A friend of mine told me she has the blue bulb syringe. The one that is not in the box.
She is very happy with it. The picture does not show the nozzle very well. But she told me the nozzle on the syringe is not like the hard plastic narrow straight nozzles that are on most syringes sold today.

She told me it is very good for giving enemas.

The Mansfield enema bulb syringe, 3 oz, pictured in the box, is very good also.
I prefer the Mansfield one pictured in the box because it has raised ribs on the bulb.

It is easy to fill and administer enemas with it for the baby and toddler aged. Could be used for the older one if needed.

The 3oz syringe shown on the box has ribs on it. The second picture is not the same syringe. The second syringe (blue with white nozzle) is smooth rubber.

The “boxed syringe” is good quality. I prefer the raised ribs on the bulb. Makes for a better grip when filling the bulb up in pan or bowl of mild warm soapy water. Squeeze the bulb in. Hold it in. Put nozzle into pan or bowl of solution. Realize grip on the bulb. Repeat until the bulb is completely full. With no air remaining in the bulb.

The nozzle is better on the boxed one. The second syringe pictured has hard straight nozzle. The boxed one has a small rounded bulb like tip at the end of the nozzle.

I think the second one is a 8 oz enema bulb.
