Ingredients (organic)
- 4 cups fresh chopped butternut squash (large cubes) or half of a medium butternut squash
- 2 tomatoes (chopped into 4 pieces)
- 2 green onion (chopped into half)
- 200 ml coconut milk
- 200 ml water
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp fennel seeds
- olive oil to drizzle at end
Cooking Instructions:
- Add all ingredients together into the instant pot and set pot on 5 Minute High Pressure Cook setting
- Open once complete, blend to become smooth (in Vitamix or other) and serve!
