How to Practice
Mudras are simple hand gestures or positions practiced to enliven specific qualities and benefits in the body and mind.
Practice each mudra for 1-3 minutes using deep breaths through the nose while both hands are in position resting on the knees.
Mudras can be done at any time of the day and may also be combined with your daily spiritual yoga or pranayam practice. They are fine to do on their own also. They are best practiced in a quiet and private setting for a deep and calming effect.
