Frequently asked questions
Is the inside coated or lined?
No. The interior is bare, uncoated copper so the water comes into
direct contact with the copper surface.
Why is my bottle changing colour?
Real copper naturally develops a darker patina over time. This is
normal and part of the character of genuine copper.
How do I clean the bottle?
Hand wash thoroughly. For occasional deep cleaning, add a little
lemon juice and salt, gently shake, rinse thoroughly and dry.
Can I put hot water or lemon water in it?
No. Use only plain, room-temperature drinking water. Avoid hot,
acidic or flavoured beverages.
Where does my order ship from?
Orders ship from our Canadian fulfillment centre in Etobicoke,
Ontario, and are normally processed within 24 hours.
