Anu Tailam Nasya Oil is a classical formula described in the Ashtanga Hrdaya, traditionally used in Ayurveda and yoga lifestyle. Prepared in a base of pure sesame oil, Anu Tailam contains 30 different ingredients, including herbs such as Jivanti and Devadaru, as well as goat's milk.
Anu Tailam is used in the Ayurvedic treatment of nasya, the administration of herbs via oils or decoctions through the nasal passages. Traditionally used to help with conditions above the neck, relating to the eyes, ears, nose and throat. It is known to clear the nasal pathways and sinuses, improve function of sense organs in the head and protect against respiratory issues and headaches. The use of anu tailam in the nose is part of a healthy daily routine to nourish both health and beauty in the body.Â
Suggested Use
Instil one-two drops in each nostril or consult with your health care practitioner for personalized instructions.
Iâm using these drops almost every day morning and night with very good results. My nose stays clear and doesnât get dry as it would without this oil.
