Suggested Use

Take 1 Serving (1000 mg = 1/4 teaspoon) at the beginning of a meal or in between meals with honey or ghee or warm water. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or health products. Additional Dosage Information: 1 Serving =1000mg=1/4 teaspoon
