Vata calming massage oil is designed to bring grounding to the vata dosha with warm rejuvenating herbs. Use it to pacify dry skin and coldness in your daily abhyanga (self-massage) practice. Vata oil is also indicated for vata conditions such as general weakness, trouble sleeping, weak digestive function and an overactive mind. Vata oil can be diluted in sesame or sunflower oil for extra support during the colder winter months. This oil traditionally is known to help stimulate healthy blood circulation and promote healthy bone, muscles and joint function.
