Guduchi is commonly known as “Giloy”, is one of the most respected herbs in Ayurveda. It is highly appreciated by the authors of Ayurvedic texts and so they call it “Amrit” or “Divine Nectar”. Guduchi is used in herbal medicines/ Ayurvedic medicines as an adaptogen to help increase energy (immunity booster), and resistance to stress.

Common Use

Recommended Use

Decoction: 20-30 ml per day for adults
