Also known as Saraca Indica, this herbs is traditionally used in Ayurveda as a uterine tonic for the symptomatic relief of minor spasm associated with menstrual periods.
Recommended Use
1 serving 2-3 times daily. Dissolve a serving of Ashoka powder in a cup of warm water and drink immediately. Take 1 serving two to three times daily. 1 serving = 1 gm = 1/4 teaspoon.
Possible Contraindications
Do not take if pregnant or breastfeeding. If symptoms persist or worsen, or if new symptoms develop, discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner. If you are taking any other medication or health product, consult a health care practitioner prior to use.
