Triphala works like a charm everytime. It always meets me where I am at with my elimination. It's such a gentle bowel tonic and so good for creating regular movements.

I love this product!
I use the triphala capsules for constipation and it works so very well. I have also noticed a huge improvement in my eyes, less irritation and pain within my eyes.
Always a great selection of products that I struggle to find elsewhere.
