Energy Balls Recipe

Mix together:

  • 1 ½ cups chopped dates
  • 2 - 3 tbs each almonds, walnut and pistachio nuts (or any other nut of your choice)
  • 2 - 3 tsp seeds (pumpkin seeds/sunflower seeds) 
  • 4 - 6 chopped dry figs
  • 1 - 2 tbs desiccated coconut
  • 2 pods green cardamom, peeled and seeds crushed using a mortar and pestle
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 - 2 tsp ghee or almond butter 

Method:

  • Make round shapes using the mixture. 
  • Coat balls with 2 tbs desiccated coconut, 2 tbs finely chopped pistachio nuts, and 2 tbs raw cacao powder.
