Fruit-Licious Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1-2 pieces of fruit of your choice (according to your dosha): Peach, nectarine, pear, apple, banana
  • 1 tsp ghee
  • 1/2 tsp fennel
  • 1 pinch cardamom powder
  • 1 pinch cinnamon powder
  • 1 tsp chopped almonds
  • 1 tsp chopped pecans
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
Method
  • Heat a small pan and add ghee
  • Cut fruit in thin slices or as preferred and place flat in the pan
  • Let cook on medium heat with closed lid to keep the steam in
  • Let fruit steam and soften up
  • Half way through stir thoroughly or flip each piece of fruit and add all other dry ingredients
  • When slightly brown in colour add maple syrup, close lid again and turn off the stove
  • Let stand for a minute and then serve
