Pitta Digest Kit - Organic

Pitta dosha consist of the qualities of mostly fire and some water.

This makes the nature of Pitta dosha: hot, clear, medium in weight, combination of dry and oily, sharp yet potential of soft and smooth given the element of water.

Cooling and hydrating spices and herbs that can help calm the strong agni (digestive fire) are recommended to pacify effect of Pitta.

High Pitta symptoms may be shown as:

Amla

Also known as indian gooseberry, Amlaki or Amalaki. This sacred fruit is one of the three ingredients in Triphala traditionally used as a digestive tonic to increase appetite and relieve constipation when the fire element (pitta) is in excess. It is a natural antioxidant that helps relieve symptoms such as heartburn and indigestion associated with hyperacidity/dyspepsia.

CCF Tea
