Haritaki (English - Indian walnut or Indian hog plum, Hindi - Harad ) is one of the three rejuvenating herbs that constitute the Triphala formulation. The word "Haritaki" means the one that effectively cleans and gives glow to the body.

Key Ingredients: Each tablet contains: ORGANIC HARITAKI (Terminalia chebula), fruit 500 mg.
Adults:Â Take 2 tablets 3 times daily. Take 2 hours before or after taking other medications. Allow at least 6 to 12 hours for laxative effect to occur. For prolonged use, consult a healthcare practitioner
